The details you care about most
The location is outstanding, milliseconds from La Plaza Mall, and offers great value for money. My King Room was clean, and I appreciated the upgraded shower. Just be cautious. there are two locations. I didn't have time to explore the amenities, but I felt at home here.

Surprising comfort in the chaos
The location next to the mall made shopping a breeze. My room was clean and the staff, especially Rosa at breakfast, was a delightful surprise.
Unfortunately, the wifi was terrible, which made it hard to get work done. The grounds needed some attention and felt a bit run down.

The location was convenient for shopping and dining, but
the cleanliness left much to be desired. Even though the room was tidy, the common areas felt neglected. The staff was friendly, but I noticed the towels often seemed worn. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Clean rooms for a good rest.
During my stay, the wifi was terrible—completely unusable. I reached out to the front desk for help, but the guy there just blamed the heat and advised me to use my phone as a hotspot. I was really hoping for a better experience, especially since I was there for a couple of nights. The hotel felt run down in places, and I even noticed some areas that looked abandoned, which added to my disappointment.

This place was a great match for short visits in McAllen with outstanding value. The smoke alarm was beeping, and instead of fixing it, staff told me how to remove the battery myself. Bring your own snacks since the fridge doesn't have a freezer.
